Join us for our monthly members-exclusive event, ‘Wellness Wednesday’ talk series being held at The Garden (our outdoor covered space) at Greenhouse Coworking every month as part of our strong commitment to health and wellness as a company and as a coworking space.
Your body is a direct reflection of what is going on in your mind. We wholly believe that self care is not selfish and taking the time to care for your mind, body and spirit is a priority. What better way than to deliver these resources for our members to do the same so that you can be the best version of yourself.
Our Wellness Wednesday this month is with Raewyn from Balabala Bobo, a mobile wellness service provider/entrepreneur who will be sharing her practical tips on how to integrate and maintain your health and wellness amidst the lifestyle of busy entrepreneurs, professionals, and consultants.
This is a hybrid event so our Work-from-Home members (virtual) can join in while our Work-from-Greenhouse members (in-person) can enjoy the gluten free, dairy free and ready-to- blend smoothies from Balabala Bobo.
We are very mindful about our COVID-safety precautions so we are keeping the in-person slots limited to 14 only.
Speaker Bio: Raewyn Cornish – Mobile Wellness Service Provider/ Entrepreneur
Balabala Bobo is a Mobile Massage & Beauty Therapy Service Provider that allows busy individuals the ability to fit self care into their schedules at their convenience and in the comfort of their own homes. Balabala Bobo has recently pivoted to produce a fresh wellness tea and handmade vegetarian skincare for mums and babies. Most recently, Balabala Bobo has launched The Smoothie Pack – a ready-to-blend source of natural energy; prepped and frozen for your convenience that will be sampled at the ‘Wellness Wednesday’ session!
