Since I arrived in Fiji in 2020, I work on the development of renewable energy projects in the Pacific region.
What is your favourite thing about the work that you do?
Developing such projects on an island-scale is very engaging because you can observe immediate results in the clean energy transition of these countries, towards more sustainability and independency.
Tell us about your favourite way to spend a day off
I love doing outdoor activities and Fiji has an amazing playground for this, both on land and sea.

In my professional career, I am a people centric business leader with extensive experience in Human Resource management. Passionate and advocate of people empowerment, improving diversity , equal opportunities for all and supporting women fullfill their potential in the corporate world.
My career journey & experience in the banking sector has helped me build string skills in collaboration, influencing at senior management, being an effective change agent with business acumen.
I work closely with senior business stakeholders. This role is required to develop and run people strategic initiatives in support of the current and future workforce needs. I also spend a portion of my time coaching, advising and challenging business leaders, playing key role as guardian of ANZ’s culture and values.
