A mover, shaker and connector in many spaces in which her company, Talanoa Consulting, specialises in - Climate change, disaster risk reduction, agribusiness and food security, natural resource management, small business development and sustainable tourism 🤩 She is passionate about supporting other small and medium businesses, particularly those that are women-led, to grow, and is a big believer in connecting people and sharing experiences, sometimes over-sharing! Marita is an economist by background and she arrived in Fiji almost twenty years ago as an environmental economist at SPC, then co-founded Talanoa Treks in 2013 with her husband. She then established Talanoa Consulting three years later with the aim of creating a collective of Pacific Consultants who could accelerate the localisation of the development consulting space.

Isireli Cakaunivere

Isireli Cakaunivere, a trailblazing Audio Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the industry. From overseeing national events to directing media and technical arts at Calvary Temple for a decade, he's proven his commitment to excellence and efficiency. Leading a team of 30+ volunteers annually, he's the driving force behind building and managing its digital community. Isireli is the Founder of Hybrid Audio, where he manages successful audio production endeavors. He is also known for his leadership in fostering growth and change, evident in his roles as Conference Manager at Excel Youth Conference as well. His expertise spans live audio engineering, post production audio engineering, video production, and project management, but he finds that his most fulfilling work is mentoring and guiding young people to find their purpose in life and success in the marketplace.

Takia Ross

A pitch specialist, Takia Ross, owner of Accessmatized Make-Up Artistry and creator of Kiki Thunder Cosmetics. Named as one of Baltimore’s Top 25 Women to Watch, one of the DMV’s Top 100 Minority Business Enterprises, and one of Baltimore’s Top Community Builders, she is on a mission to provide exceptional customer service, amazing make-up artistry, and to create products that help their customers feel their most confident selves. Takia has been featured in Forbes, The Baltimore Sun, The Daily Record, The Baltimore Business Journal, the Baltimore Times, and many more publications for her service to the Baltimore Community and her commitment to empowering and advocating for Black Women in business. Born in the Philippines, raised in the Pacific, and now a vital part of Fiji's community having lived here for over twenty years, she's the visionary behind The Greenhouse Studio, an agency of creativity and communication aimed at inspiring real-world change and Greenhouse Coworking (GCo), Fiji's first private-sector-owned full-service virtual and in-person coworking community. With a passion for entrepreneurship, design thinking, and empowering women and children through education, Ronna's impact resonates globally. From winning prestigious awards to designing the COP23 logo which was featured worldwide, she's a force to be reckoned with. As a mentor, ambassador, and TEDx speaker, Ronna's expertise spans continents.

Shenal Harakh

Shenal Harakh is the Founder of a software development agency ( specialising in using no-code and low-code tools to create tech products for global startups and businesses can teach you how. Her commitment to empower individuals moved her from the Big Apple to Fiji to focus on up skilling those without access or resources to engage with traditional software engineers. Her expertise lies in empowering non-technical Founders, assisting them in creating digital products. She mentors and sits on the steering group of early-stage startup programs for Techstars Australia and Blackbird VC's Giants program for Australian and New Zealander founders. Through workshops, pro bono engagements, and weekly contributions to The Fiji Sun’s weekend business section, Shenal encourages and shares the digital journey of Fijians.

Richard Naidu

Richard leads the Commercial Group of Munro Leys, advising clients in Fiji and abroad in all major Fiji business sectors, including tourism, energy, finance, media, transport, real property, mining and manufacturing. His areas of practice include competition, finance, foreign investment, media, real property and taxation law. A mediator accredited by the Australian Centre for Dispute Assessment & Resolution to his role as Honorary Consul for Belgium in Fiji, Richard is an occasional presenter and commentator on legal, media and other public issues in Fiji. Avinit Narayan

Avinit R Narayan, a young entrepreneur from Fiji, is the founder of Enterprising Pacific Consultancy Pte Ltd (EPC). His consultancy specializes in supporting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the Pacific and introducing innovative Nano Technology products to the market. With a background in grassroots entrepreneurship, he collaborates with NGOs and holds an MBA from the University of the South Pacific. Notably, Mr. Narayan has established Young Entrepreneurs Councils (YEC) across the Pacific and actively supports initiatives aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), aiming to create a more conducive environment for youth entrepreneurship in the region.

With over 9 years of expertise, she brings strategic leadership and a proven track record in driving organizational growth. She’s also a professional grant writer visionary leader, thrives in fostering collaboration and driving innovation for sustainable business success.

Steve Cordeiro

With over 30 years of experience in Fiji and other Pacific Island Countries as well as other developing economies, Steve is fully aware of the issues and challenges small entrepreneurs face, especially in today's turbulent times. Meet Steve Cordeiro, an experienced entrepreneur with particular interests in entrepreneurship, strategy, innovation, and creativity 🙌🏾 He is originally from Singapore and his journey in enterprise development spans across Australia, Asia, and the Pacific. From running his manufacturing and marketing business in Sydney, Australia to empowering small business owners through his consulting firm, Steve helps small business operators realise their dreams. He has also been involved in the Fiji Enterprise Engine Program since its inception.

Princesse Comagon

Princesse first arrived at The Greenhouse Studio fresh out of Engineering college back in 2015 to help out in events and marketing, which ignited a passion in her for design and marketing. Now, she’s traded her blueprints to brand strategies and she’s back with the Studio, along with her nearly a decade of experience in Project Management, Procurement, Events and Marketing Management. When she’s not in the Studio wearing her multiple hats, you’ll find her with an iced coffee in hand as she scours vintage shops for some unique finds.

Joshua Dean

Josh joined the Greenhouse Studio full-time after working with them on a freelance basis and continues to demonstrate his impressive ability to do major leaps in design learning. His journey at Greenhouse began as a Junior Designer to Visual Designer to Senior Visual Designer, and now Creative Manager! His rare and raw natural talent combined with his eager-to-learn attitude and his knack for thinking outside the box and his eagerness to explore new ideas, Josh has been making impressive strides in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Publication Design, Print Advertising, Concept Generation, Branding, and he's even delving into Animated Infographic Videos. Outside work, Josh is also a husband, gamer, comic-book collector, and a Jedi Master for his young Padawan - his son Hezzy.

Tom Kororua

Since joining Greenhouse over 6 years ago, Tom has progressed from being just a graphic designer to becoming a design powerhouse as a Senior Visual Designer. Don’t let his quiet demeanour fool you - his work in Visual and Graphic Design, Concept Generation, Photography, Photoshop and Photo Composition, Illustration, and Animation speaks volumes about his willingness to learn, develop and experiment with his design skills. In his downtime, Tom loves to spend time with friends and family, and work on his DIY home and garden improvement projects.
